StampFree provides an eco-friendly alternative to traditional mailing and parcel returns, set to transform global postal and carrier services. Founded by Hugh Halkett and Tim Higginbotham, this innovative solution eliminates the need for labels and printing, enhancing sustainability by reducing environmental waste associated with conventional postage systems.

The project aims to build an integrated suite of applications that could:
Allow users to easily send and return parcels
Enable users to track the status of their parcels
Help carriers manage parcels efficiently
Provide admins with tools to monitor users and carriers, update parcel details, and generate reports
key challenges
During the project, we faced four main challenges, each of which we successfully overcame.

Managing Large Data Volume
Managing large volumes of data and users required designing a database that could handle this efficiently without slowing down. Many similar apps face issues like data bottlenecks and slow performance.

Integrating AI Model with the Mobile App
The main challenges we faced were ensuring real-time AI performance, optimizing the model for devices with limited resources, and ensuring compatibility across different platforms, all of which were successfully resolved to provide a seamless user experience.

Handling Multiple Resources
Integrating and managing different resources smoothly was a complex task. Many similar applications struggle with maintaining seamless operations and avoiding conflicts between resources.

AWS Resource Management
Ensuring AWS resources efficiently supported scaling of the platform and growing user base. Managing cloud resources for such large applications can often lead to challenges with cost and resource allocation.
