The second of these companies focused on drug discovery was acquired by a public company. Prashant co-founded o2h Ventures which is involved in seeding, incubating and investing in early stage life science and technology companies. Prashant has a BEng, MSc and an MPhil in Management.

Senior AI Advisor - o2h TechnologyHitesh Sanganee is a strategic drug discovery and development executive with deep expertise across the full R&D value chain, spanning innovation, venture, technology, and AI-driven drug discovery. He is currently a Venture Partner at Octopus Ventures and holds multiple board and non-executive roles, including Board Observer positions at Apheris and LabGenius Therapeutics, and Non-Executive Director roles at NanoSyrinx, Tailor Bio, and Infinitopes.
Hitesh has delivered multiple drug candidates and novel therapeutic modalities into the clinic across diverse disease areas. Before his current roles, he spent over 26 years at AstraZeneca, where he served as Executive Director and Head of Emerging Innovations, leading initiatives in drug discovery, translational science, and AI-enabled platforms. He holds a first degree and DPhil in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Prior to this, Axay worked with multiple startups from different domains and supported them in their technical operations. He is also affiliated with incubators and colleges and provides mentorship to students. Axay has a bachelor’s in Engineering from Gujarat Technical University.

She has rich experience in Project management with Agile and Scrum, Business Analysis, Resource management and Stakeholder management. She is closely involved in all the software lifecycle development (SDLC) phases of the client projects as well as internal products. Her responsibilities include working closely with Business analyst teams, coordinating with developers, HR, Operations team, Finance, other cross functional teams, and internal and external stakeholders in order to communicate the actions, plans, and expectations; training, guiding, and mentoring the BA team.
