Jaini has more than 8 years of experience in IT and has wide exposure to interacting with clients across the globe. She has rich experience in Project management with Agile and Scrum, Business Analysis, Resource management and Stakeholder management. She is closely involved in all the software lifecycle development (SDLC) phases of the client projects as well as internal products. Her responsibilities include working closely with Business analyst teams, coordinating with developers, HR, Operations team, Finance, other cross functional teams, and internal and external stakeholders in order to communicate the actions, plans, and expectations; training, guiding, and mentoring the BA team.
